Invest in the next generation, right in your own community.
Open Circuit gives your organization a meaningful, low-lift way to shape young lives and strengthen the community you already serve.
Let's talk
This isn't simply volunteerism. It's community investment.
Put your volunteer program to work, close to home
If your company offers volunteer time off, runs an employee mentorship program, or has community and CSR goals, Open Circuit is a ready-made way to point that infrastructure at young people in your own backyard. We give your team meaningful, flexible, skills-based ways to show up, and we handle the rest.
- Flexible, low-lift opportunities that slot into VTO hours
- Skills-based volunteering that uses what your people actually do
- A measurable boost to employee engagement and retention
- A visible, local community footprint your team can see
- A head start on the future talent pipeline in your industry
- Turnkey coordination: you bring willing people, we bring the young people and the logistics
Whether you have five employees or five thousand, we can shape a program that matches your capacity and your community goals. Tell us about your program below and we'll design the fit together.
Choose what fits your organization

Your people share their career journeys and boost employee engagement while they do it.

Give young people a hands-on look at what your industry actually does.

Help underwrite a career-exploration day or showcase and get recognized for it.

Back a young person's idea with expertise, materials, or a little funding.

Inspire the future workforce of your field, starting with the kids in your own backyard.
Everyone has something to teach
Questions partners ask
What does partnering actually involve?
Whatever fits you. It can be as simple as hosting one visit or sending a team member to share their career story, or as involved as sponsoring an event series. We shape it around your capacity.
Is there a cost to participate?
No. Hosting visits and providing mentors is free. Financial sponsorship is always optional and never required to be involved.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Not yet. Open Circuit is a nonprofit in formation and is not currently a registered 501(c)(3). We are transparent about this and will let partners know as our status changes.
What does our organization get out of it?
A visible way to invest in your community, stronger local relationships, higher employee engagement, and a head start on the future talent in your field.
Where do you operate?
In-person programming starts in the Austin metro and Central Texas, and the mission is designed to grow from there.
